Edit payment information

If you need to change your billing address or contact information, you can edit your current payment method.

  1. At the bottom of the side menu, click the Settings icon, then click Billing.
  2. Click Payment Methods.
  3. Click your payment information.
  4. Click Edit Payment Method.
  5. Edit the payment information, then click Update.

 

Add a payment method

Add a new payment method to change your primary payment method or add a backup one.

  1. Go to Settings > Billing.
  2. Click Payment Methods.
  3. Click Add New.
  4. Enter your payment information, then click Add.

 

Change subscription

If you need to increase or decrease the number of property records included in your Unclaimed Property subscription, you can edit the subscription.

  1. Go to Settings > Billing.
  2. Click your subscription information.
  3. Click Edit Subscription.
  4. Select the number of property records you want to change your subscription to from the dropdown.

Upgrades take effect immediately and the prorated amount will be charged to your primary payment method. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal date and you will have access to the higher number of property records through the end of your current subscription term.

  1. Click Update Subscription.

 

Cancel subscription

Paid subscriptions can be cancelled but will not be prorated. You will be able to access your account through the end of your subscription term.

  1. Go to Settings > Billing.
  2. Click your subscription information.
  3. Click Cancel Subscription.
  4. Select a cancellation reason from the dropdown, then click Confirm Cancellation.
  5. After cancelling, you should export all your data, due diligence letters, and state reports from our system before your last day of service.

 

Export data

  1. Select Properties from the side menu.
  2. Select the All tab.
  3. Click Download properties as .xlsx.

 

Export due diligence letters

  1. On the side menu, click Due Diligence, then select Letter History from the dropdown.
  2. In the Actions column, click the More options icon and select Download for all your due diligence letters.

 

Export state reports

  1. On the side menu, click Reporting, then select Report History from the dropdown.
  2. In the Actions column, click the More options icon and select Download for all your state reports.
