  • A comprehensive regulatory review of money orders (CK07) has resulted in the following adjustments:
    • The alternative property code CK07A will no longer be available for Arizona or Hawaii.
    • CK07 will automatically convert to CK03 for Financial Institution companies on Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Maine state reports.
    • CK07 will automatically convert to CK17 for Financial Institution companies on Vermont state reports.
    • The dormancy for CK07 has been updated for the following states and company types:

  • We made the following dormancy and description changes to prepare for Fall filing:
    • New codes - The following new codes are now available for import and manual entry.
      • Property codes greater than 4 characters, such as the AC03AR code below, allow for dormancy differences for the same property type.
      • Codes greater than 4 characters are automatically converted to their “Alias” on the state report. You can review property code aliases on the Compliance Resources page > By State/Province tab > Property Codes.
