- No longer participates in our online filing network. Ohio state reports will now need to be submitted directly to Ohio's website.
- Changed their state report format to a TXT file.
- Missouri no longer accepts state report submissions through CD. State reports need to be submitted directly to Missouri's website.
- A new version of the State Reporting Requirements document is available to download on the Compliance Resources page > All tab.
- We updated manual filing instructions with new website links for Arkansas, District of Columbia, and Missouri.
- We updated the Aggregate Reporting threshold from $50 to $49.99 for Arkansas to comply with state requirements. The By State/Province > Arkansas > Address Information section on the Compliance Resources page has been updated with this change.
