- Due diligence letters are here!
- Get started by clicking Create letters on the Dashboard page. Or, go to Due Diligence > Create Letters on the side menu.
- Follow the 5-step process to create letters to send to property owners to notify them that you are holding their property. At the end of the process, you can download the letters in PDF format to mail to the owners.
- You can create letters for specific report years and states. Use the default settings to meet the minimum state requirements or customize the settings to meet your needs. Our letter template is compliant with all state requirements. Read more about state due diligence requirements.

If your subscription is still in the 7-day free trial period, you can still start creating due diligence letters. However, you must activate a paid plan to finish the process. When you get to the pop-up, click Activate paid plan to create the letters and charge the card on file.

- After you create due diligence letters, you can view and download them on the Letter History page.
- We improved the validation and warning messages when managing your contacts. You can now see what information is missing or invalid when saving a contact and a warning message will pop up if you are abandoning unsaved changes.
