New and improved

  • You can now access and manage all of your Sovos accounts from one place with the new Sovos Home page.
    • Click the logo at the top of the side menu to view your options, including a link to Sovos Home and the Contact Support form.
    • On the Sovos Home page, you can manage your password and two-factor authentication (2FA) settings by going to the Profile logo > My Profile > Security.

  • We added a new Report Signers page to make managing your report signer details easier. At the bottom of the side menu, click the Settings icon, then click Report Signers. Here, you can edit existing report signer's information, delete signers, or add new ones. Changes made on this page will be reflected on the Business Information > Report signer page and the State Report > Review page if that report signer is assigned to the business.

  • We improved the validation error messages on the Business Information page to make it easier to understand and identify the field causing the error. Now when a validation error occurs, the field that caused it will be highlighted in red with a message on how to resolve the error.
