- Go to Due Diligence > Letter History.
-
Use the quick filters to narrow down the results and find the letter. Then click the More options icon in the Action column and select Download.
If you selected multiple states at the State and Year step of the due diligence letter process, the following files for those states are included in the zip file:

What if a due diligence letter is returned by the post office?
If a due diligence letter is sent back to you by the post office, you should indicate that on the property. This will exclude the property from future due diligence letter mailings.
- Go to the Properties page, use the filters or search to find the property, then click the property’s row to open the Property details page.
- Scroll down and expand the Primary owner details section, then click Show alternate filing state and RPO.
- Select the Returned Post Office (RPO) mail checkbox. Then in the RPO date field, enter the date that the RPO due diligence letter was received, in MM/DD/YYYY format.
- Click Save.
